With just a few questions regarding your AAV vector production interests, we can generate a basic quote for your project. This will also open a pathway for any further questions that you may have regarding the production of your AAV vector.

Our Services
Custom AAV Vector Production
We offer a full-service, semi-customizable platform for the production of AAV gene delivery vectors.
In Stock AAV Reporter Vectors
We maintain a library of premade, ready to ship reporter vectors (GFP, mCherry, Luciferase, tdTomato) in small aliquots across numerous capsid serotypes.
Enhanced for Full Capsids Standards
Our Enhanced for full capsid standards represent AAV Vectors purified to the highest level, greater than 98% full capsids.
About our Lab
The Vector Core Laboratory was established in March of 1995 with the objective of providing gene therapy vectors for pre-clinical research.
In addition to custom AAV preparations, the Vector Core maintains a library of control AAV reporters (GFP, mCherry, Luciferase, tdTomato etc.) as well as reference standards such as highly purified AAV enriched for full capsids (greater than 98.63% full capsids), AAV empty capsids (protein capsid only), and AAV actuators (CRE, Flex).
The Vector Core has facilitated a number of NIH program project grants worth over $25M and has prepared over 8,200 AAV vectors for both academic and industry sponsors. As well, the Vector Core provides learning opportunities for students and assists with developing new vector technology in collaboration with other UF faculty. Sanford Boye, a leader in retinal gene therapy and AAV vector engineering, became the director of the Vector Core in 2018.
Vector Core assists with developing new vector technology in collaboration with other UF faculty. As such Vector Core has access to many of the new AAV capsids developed at the University of Florida.
