About Tina M Philipsberg

Tina Philipsberg is a Quality Control Technician in the Powell Gene Therapy Center Vector Core in the department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida. She is in charge of AAV characterization, performing quality and qualitative assays on AAVs produced by Vector Core. She performs titering, endotoxin testing, infectious titer (Green cell) assay, and PAGE for final product as well in phase testing for the development team. She is also involved in many AAV development projects. She has been involved with AAV testing and methods development for the Vector Core for the past 20 years. Before coming to UF, Tina worked at Stony Brook University on Adenovirus and Hepatitis virus. At the Stony Brook University, she worked on E1A early gene expression in Adenovirus activation.
